The FIA has confirmed its return to the world-famous Rétromobile classic car exhibition, which will be held in Paris from 28 January to 1 February 2026. The event will once again bring together enthusiasts, collectors, and industry figures to celebrate the legacy of historic motor sport and mobility.
At the heart of the FIA’s presence will be a dedicated stand designed to showcase the rich heritage of automotive innovation and competition. Located in Hall 7.3, the space will reflect the organisation’s ongoing commitment to preserving and promoting historic motor sport and mobility culture.
Visitors to the stand will be able to view a remarkable collection of iconic vehicles. Highlights include the only surviving Oméga-Six from 1928, the legendary Lancia Stratos, and the Mercedes-Benz CLK-LM from 1998, each representing a defining era in motor racing history.
The exhibition will also draw attention to recent regulatory updates that now allow Historic Championships to feature cars built between 1991 and 2000. These changes open the door for a broader range of modern-classic race cars to compete under historic regulations.
In addition, the FIA will spotlight the ongoing efforts of its International Historical Commission, underlining its role in safeguarding the sport’s past while supporting its future. The return to Rétromobile reinforces the FIA’s position as both a global motor sport authority and a leading federation for mobility worldwide.
