Red Bull has revealed the finished look of its first-ever production car, the RB17, and the extreme V-10 hybrid hypercar now appears fully prepared for life on the circuit. The final design confirms the car’s aggressive intent, blending Formula 1 DNA with road-car craftsmanship in a package built almost entirely for performance.
Originally announced back in 2022, the RB17 was pitched as a two-seat machine inspired directly by Red Bull’s Formula 1 technology. That core idea remains intact years later, with the latest version staying true to the original vision while refining the details that define its identity.
Visually, the RB17 still mirrors the proportions of a modern F1 car, maintaining a low, wide stance and an uncompromising aerodynamic profile. However, Red Bull has subtly reshaped elements of the exterior, most noticeably at the front, giving the hypercar a sharper and more distinctive face.
Under the skin, the RB17 has evolved through multiple development stages, resulting in a sophisticated hybrid setup centered around a screaming V-10 engine. The focus throughout has been on delivering race-car levels of performance rather than everyday usability.
With the final design now unveiled, the RB17 represents a bold statement from Red Bull beyond Formula 1. It stands as a showcase of the team’s engineering ambition, translating years of racing expertise into a radical hypercar built to push boundaries on track.
